It facilitates the management, stock control, assignments and availability of tools, instruments, and consumables. It improves the register, access and management of the tools storerooms information in a more efficient way than using kardex, spreadsheets, or computing systems that only allow to register entry and/or exit of a tool. GLOBAL Tools manages all tool storerooms that are required with a superior level of notifications.

It registers all the information of an instrument or tool which has been sent to be repaired in a workshop different from the one of the company. This allows the detailed control of its repairing as well as the cost involved.
Expiration Date of Certifications
It manages the information of the certifications of a tool or instrument: reports, calibrations, expiration dates of these articles, among others. This information is used automatically by the system, allowing visualizing the availability of a tool or instrument.
Discharged Tool
It registers the information of a tool or instrument that has been received with problems, and it must be evaluated in order to decide its destination: workshop, go back to the tool storeroom, discharge the asset completely, etc.
